I vote for
Sea of Oblivion, Towerpush Town
or
Sea of Oblivion, Riverbank Beach

We can get more lowbies attending exorcisms,
and the easy Rubble Camp -> Riverbank Beach GTR is available
and the advanced Towerpush to City of Oblivion GTR is available
and we can get taxes from Avatarians if we are cheaper than other bases at Towerpush Town for taxes
